**Terms and Conditions for Iteration LLC, Iteration Product Team**

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with The State of Texas, United States of America.

10. **Dispute Resolution:**
Any disputes arising from these terms will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation, before resorting to arbitration or court action.

The Consultant reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website.

12. **Intellectual Property:**
All materials provided by The Consultant, including but not limited to tools, methodologies, and documentation, remain the property of The Consultant.

13. **No Guarantee:**
The Consultant makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of its services.

14. **Entire Agreement:**
These terms and conditions, together with any service agreement, represent the entire agreement between the parties.
